Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy on all our home accessories and furniture items, provided they are returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Please note that custom-made items and wallpaper are excluded from our standard return policy.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log into our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected for transit to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at the nearest carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
